Terms of Use
These terms apply to use of the HAiBL website and, unless a separate agreement takes priority, the HAiBL learning platform.

Using HAiBL
You may use the website to learn about HAiBL and make genuine enquiries. Access to the learning platform is limited to authorised users and may also be governed by an agreement with the organisation, tutor or training provider that gave you access.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless the law provides otherwise.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content, impersonate another person, infringe rights, or upload unlawful, harmful or misleading material.
Learning content and intellectual property
HAiBL and its licensors retain rights in the platform, website and materials they provide. Customers and users retain rights in content they own and remain responsible for having permission to upload or use it. Access does not transfer ownership or permit redistribution unless agreed in writing.
Services, fees and changes
Consultancy, implementation, subscriptions, tuition-related services and paid platform access are governed by the written proposal, order or other agreement made for that service. We may update the website and platform to maintain security, improve functionality or reflect operational requirements.
Availability and third-party services
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. HAiBL may link to or integrate with third-party services, which remain subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or ended where an agreement expires, payment is overdue, security is at risk, these terms are materially breached or the organisation responsible for the account asks us to remove access.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, responsibility for paid services is governed by the applicable written agreement. Educational content and progress information support human teaching and professional judgement and should not be treated as a guaranteed outcome.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you as a consumer.
